Hagar works in Afghanistan, Cambodia and Vietnam.  Each program office works with victims of human rights abuse and walks with them on their journey to wholeness. 

Using the model of recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration that has been so successful in Cambodia, Hagar continues to pursue its mission by partnering strategically with the non-government, government, and business sectors. This approach enables Hagar to work creatively with different sectors, develop and share experience and expertise, while avoiding duplicating the work of other organizations in those countries.

Hagar support offices currently operate in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States.
