a valuable mutual learning opportunity. So that we can process your request, we ask that you complete
this form in order that we gain a clear understanding of the objectives and expectations of your visit.

To process and plan a visit, we require four weeks advance notice. Once we have received and
reviewed your completed form we will respond within 3 working days.

items you intend to bring and we will direct you to specific program needs.*

Please note that all visitors to Hagar are required to sign and abide by the Visitor Behavior
Protocols to ensure the safety, security, privacy and dignity of all Hagar clients.

Visitor Cost:

Hagar is a not for profit organization that relies on the generous support of trusted partners for its mission. One of our stewardship practices is that donor funds be fully allocated to the purpose for which they were granted and not used to subsidise visitor or marketing expenses. We therefore request that visitors to make a donation that would cover the legitimate costs associated with planning and facilitating their visit, such as staff time, logistics and other direct costs associated with your visit.

Please note that any direct expenses incurred on your visit, such as transport to and from Hagar, meals or accommodation, are your responsibility.
