And yet it remains a hot bed for human trafficking, and domestic violence is widespread.

Women are trafficked as brides to China and other neighbouring countries and lured by false job or marriage offers and then forced into exploitative situations.

Since 2008, Hagar has worked in Vietnam helping women survivors heal and rebuild their lives.
